Subscriptions

Amendments to this Agreement
LuckMatrix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy
Should you at any time is dissatisfied with our services, you can cancel the subscriptions FROM THE coming NEXT CYCLE and we will not bill you further. Once we receive your email, we will inspect it immediately & notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your usage of services. If your return is approved according to the guidelines of LuckMatrix, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). NO REFUND FOR USED PERIOD OF SERVICE.
Child Privacy
If you are under the age of what is set up by the laws of your country, please do not use or access our website and/or mobile application (the "service"). It is not our intention to collect or use personal information from anyone under the requisite age as per law of different country, and we will not knowingly do so. If we are made aware that we have collected any personal information from children under the age as set u by the law, and are asked to delete such information from our databases, we will promptly do so.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
Governing Law
Any dispute in connection with the Site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America. This provision shall survive termination of this Agreement.
